Company culture, and scope of the assignment. We provide a written brief, agreeing objectives and fees upfront.

Research and sourcing

In-depth research, extensive data sources and market analysis is followed by a series of confidential discussions with prospective candidates.

Interview & evaluation

The best candidates are all interviewed, identifying levels of interest, qualifications and suitability. Preliminary reference checks are made prior to clients meeting any candidates.

Reports & recommendations

Only the most suitable are selected for interview. Detailed reports, a full appraisal and recommendations are submitted.

Review

Once the appointment is made we continue to support both the client and the candidate through the settling period. Our job is only done when results are achieved.
